Nova is looking for Customer Technical Support Specialist (position based in France, Crolles with 50% travel within Europe).
Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Nova’s optical metrology equipment for semiconductor processes. Provide product application support, software and hardware installation, operation & servicing training to customer. Engage with customer’s process-engineers and equipment-engineers to identify possible solutions to their needs and challenges. Lead evaluations of new tools on-site. Role includes traveling within Europe and to company Headquarters In Israel.
Candidates that answer next criterions invited to apply jobs@nova.co.il :
1. BSc. in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Physics or Computer Science.
2. Background in Metrology equipment and clean room experience will be an advantage.
3. Native French and English at level of reading and writing of technical material, speaking and comprehension with locals. Italian and German language will be an advantage.
